SUMMARY:JP × NL Hip Hop Writing Camp (2025)
DESCRIPTION:In 2025\, Red Bridge Foundation initiated and produced an international songwriting and recording camp connecting artists and creators from Japan and the Netherlands. \nOrganized in collaboration with TopNotch / Noah’s Ark and Straight Shooter Publishing\, the project brought Japanese rapper YoungCoco to the Netherlands for a series of writing sessions with Dutch producers and songwriters. During the camp\, new music was created through intensive cross-cultural collaboration\, including sessions with renowned Dutch producer TwoThree Beats (Tiën). \nRed Bridge Foundation was responsible for the overall project development and execution\, including artist coordination\, international logistics\, scheduling and creative production. By creating a direct working environment between Japanese and Dutch creators\, the project fostered new artistic relationships and demonstrated the value of international collaboration within contemporary hip hop and popular music. \nThe writing camp is part of Red Bridge Foundation’s broader commitment to building sustainable creative bridges between Japan and the Netherlands and supporting opportunities for artists to collaborate across borders. \n \nPhoto by Jools Bosman & Serra Abe
